Dorothy Chu

Dorothy Chu is a Transactions Manager (Real Estate) located in Metro Vancouver who has an extensive background in residential and commercial real estate. Prior to ClearyX she worked at a number of regional firms in various aspects of real estate development and general corporate commercial work for local businesses.

Highlights of her real estate work include managing the purchases and sales of a pre-sale condo development with over 150 units, representing Canadian Motion Picture Park in the long-term leasing of several soundstages to Netflix, and completing many subdivisions working closely with local government and other stakeholders.
