Nicholas Festa focuses on bridging people, process, and tech to build efficiencies during corporate transactions. He is a tech enthusiast that keeps up with the latest trends in legal technology and is committed to exploring ways to expand legal services using new tools and strategies.
Nicholas Festa joined ClearyX in 2021 as one of its initial members and played an integral role in developing the ClearyX team and vision. His experience spans the range of M&A activity, including both domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisition, carve-outs, divestures, and other complex corporate transactions. He also has experience in matters related to real estate financing and private funds.
Prior to joining ClearyX, he worked at another Vault 50 law firm, gaining experience in e-Discovery and building due diligence solutions and services for energy transactions. During his law school summer he interned with Major League Baseball focusing on data privacy and investigations.
Nicholas Festa grew up in Staten Island, New York, holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint John’s University, and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2018. He currently resides in Manhattan, New York and loves to explore the city’s culinary delights and play with his dog Riley.
